My GC09 came with, uh, I think it was 5.7.1 -- something earlier, and in the 5.7.x line, anyway. (I can't remember because the first thing it did, the instant it got a wifi connection, was to pull down the new firmware, in the middle of the day, when bandwidth was expensive, and I upgraded almost at once.)

It's probably the earliest you'll find: I ordered it within half an hour of announcement and got it on April 27th, which seems to be the earliest arrival date. (Amazon doesn't appear to track dispatch dates, but I seem to recall it dispatching a day earlier.)
