I have AZW3, KFX and MOBIs on here.
Behavior has gotten weird. What appears to be happening is, there is a delay of one screensaver toggle before the cover of the current book showed up. Otherwise it will show the cover of the last book opened before that.
Here's what I observed:
- I opened a KFX, and hit power - it stayed on the 'no covers processed screen'.
- Then I opened a MOBI, and hit power - and the cover from the KFX book showed up.
- Then I opened the KFX again, and hit power - and the cover from the MOBI book showed up.
- Then I powered on, and powered off again - and the cover from the KFX book (which was in fact the book that was opened) - showed up. Hurray!
- Then I opened an AZW3, powered off - and the cover from the KFX showed up.
- Toggling the screensaver again, the AZW3 cover showed up.
- Initially I had only tested the hack with this one AZW3, which has a cover but doesn't show in the thumbnail (A Song of Ice and Fire series 5-book pack), over and over again. It appears that trying other books was necessary in order to get ScreenSavers to do anything.
Oh, and yes, before all this, I had restarted a few times, but this didn't help.
