Right. But for Scifi books in English, I strongly doubt there is a specific publisher with French right. The market is just too small. So France, and other non English speaking countries. have probably the same publisher as some English speaking country.. Which one may depends on which book, I guess.

But that should be easy to check. I doubt it is legal for a publisher who has the right for several European Union countries to discriminate between these countries.
