Forgive me for coming in, in the middle .... and maybe you've already tried this .... but having more than one copy of the same book is A Bad Thing. That can really confuse a kindle into ignoring the book completely. Have you tried deleting all 5 of those copies? From your PC (or mac) .... not from Calibre, but from the actual file system of your computer. Or Calibre would work too, if it will DO it.

I had a Calibre version of a book with title [Series Number Title] and since it was already listed in a Cloud Collection by the original title ... the book just disappeared and wouldn't let me access it at all. I *watched* the book show up and then disappear. I had to delete it and stop changing the title, since I was using amazon cloud collections at the same time.

So, what happens it you delete all those multiple copies, and then load the book just once? Sideload, since that's the technique that usually does work for you?
