I turned on ALL I Re-booted several times. Not any of the 5 ebooks are showing so I can read them. They ARE on the device when I check the PW on the PC I even tried typing the Author &/or the Title of the books Nope Nada.
On the Fire I been thru the same process BUT Even tho I have them on the SDCard ... NOT suppose to DL there I cant open them to read nor do they Show as books or Documents
$20 spent what a waste
YES I Have contacted CS they have No clue & refuse to Replace them. This has been going on for 10 Days!
& Forget Side Loading the books thru Calibre another Joke! Fire 10 it connects then just keeps spinning .. 5 hours I waited with the Fire 10 & Calibre to finish whatever it does so you can side load... I finally unplugged it! PW3 & caliber connects Tells me what I am trying to Side Load is there... BUT since I cant read them from Amazon I Side Load them any way Now I have 5 copies of Each of the 5 Books in the PW cant read ONE! [have I said how much I Hate the PW...]
