@doctorfrog: First, properly ID your device via the Wiki.

And checking what actual FW version it's running might be helpful, too.

(Because a Touch doesn't run FW 5.6.5, so, you'd be in the wrong thread).

EDIT: As for your actual issue, barring FW >= 5.6.x shenanigans, make sure the date/time is properly set on your device. We eithe have a KUAL button for that somewhere, or there's a searchbar command to do it (the details should pop up with a quick search).
