I'm not changing the DPI. I'm just using 1920*1080 which is the natural resolution of the screen and have the text/apps size set to 100%. That's the minimum on Win10, so it's the highest DPI in use.

If I have Firefox maximized, it only shows title, author, series, genre and the action column. Same for Chrome and IE. Changing the browser window size will reduce the columns, but nothing is adding the status or date added column. And as I can see the data in the page source, it has to be something in the stylesheet or Javascript is hiding them. I can't see anything in the stylesheet, so it s probably in the Javascript that is managing the columns, and I haven't felt like ferreting through that to how exactly it works.
