I'm expecting the delivery of a package today. Unfortunately, GLS doesn't give a time slot on their website.
Since it's Monday and the store's closed (most delivery persons believe no one can live above a shop) I've already made a sign telling them to ring the doorbell to deliver the package. Which also means I probably have to go downstairs often to tell customers that, yes we're home, but that no the store's closed and I won't help them (they will ring the doorbell that's not only labelled with our family name but also labelled "so not the store").
