At this point all we know is Bezos took the unusual step of tweeting about it.
Which he doesn't normally do.
It could be a Liquavista Kindle or it could be an Alexa Kindle or it could be a wearable Kindle. Or it could be "just" a new and improved Voyage.
With Amazon you never know.

I really love the haptic feedback page turn sensors on the Voyage. I would much prefer those to regular page turn buttons or swipes on a newer Kindle. If what he says is true I hope it's for the mid-range model and not the high-end one.
