I saw Zelda's response, and I might suggest another action as well ..... take a screen shot of your purchase history showing the book, and take a screen shot of the My Library page showing the book. If they are too silly to accept either of those bits of obvious reality then I suggest you either/or go to Twitter/Facebook .....

I've done both actually. I sent them a very strongly worded response, and I included screenshots of my receipt (showing both book title & receipt #), a screenshot of it in my library, a screenshot of it in my library list on kobo, and a screenshot of it in my purchase history at kobo. We'll see how long that takes. The first time I sent a screenshot, I was guaranteed a response in 48 hours. It took them a week.
And I agree - I will be most reluctant to try price matching again after this rigmarole.
