Not as elegant as having all you custom font there in Aa menu, but blame it on Amazon for killing that hidden feature that made it possible on Paperwhite 1st gen up until firmware 5.4.x

You can't override all built-in fonts in Aa menu (at least not by simply using KUAL buttons in Font Override subsection, you could [but probably shouldn't do all of them] do it manually creating config files) but nothing is stopping you from adding 10 custom font to linkfonts/fonts folder, do "update fontconfig cache" and periodically (when you get bored of your current custom font) change the override for "condensed" to some other already added font and then just do "Restart the KF8 reader now" to apply the change and continue reading your book(s) using that new font.
