Or
  • copy the libraries to your hard disk;
  • trash everything in Y:\Calibre Portable;
  • install calibre-portable-installer-2.51.0.exe to Y:\Calibre Portable;
  • copy the libraries from your hard disk into Y:\Calibre Portable;
  • start calibre and make sure it can see your libraries. If it can't, use Library->Switch/Create library->Use the previously existing library at the new location option to hook them into calibre;
  • install calibre-portable-installer-2.52.0.exe to Y:\Calibre Portable;
  • start calibre and make sure it's version 2.52.0 and you can see your libraries.
