If I valued my time at £10 per hour then most books would cost me about £100 to read, and I probably wouldn't be concerned about paying a few pounds more or less for the ebook itself, let alone the few seconds it takes to fill out the price match form.

Edit: Sorry if that sounded a bit short, it is fair enough to consider the time needed to get a discount, convert the book format, fix the mistakes in the book, etc. But unless I've foregone earning money to spend that time (e.g. taken time off work to do it) then I'm not sure it makes sense to assign it a money value and count it as a loss.
