Crosby's The Columbian Exchange is now out in ebook, for the trivial (NOT!) price of $31.21 at Kindle US or the even more trivial (NOT!) price of $72.89 at Kobo US. It appears to be couponable, so I guess I'll be waiting for a working Kobo 90% off coupon!
