Meinen die die Neugotik (Gothic Revival in Großbritannien)?

Wobei die Briten ja ohnehin lange an der Gotik festgehalten haben. Early English Style, Decorated Style, Perpendicular Style, Tudor architectural style. Dann kam die Renaissance. Und nach Gothic Revival gab es noch Tudor Revival.

Nun gut, wenn Häuser in irgendeinem der von der Gotik inspirierten Stile typisch für britische Schauerromane sind...

(Dann war es ja stilistisch korrekt das die deutschen Edgar Wallace Filme viel solche Häuser als Kulisse verwendet haben. Die allerdings in Deutschland stehen.)
