Only avoid Wifi until you are ready for the update to 5.7.2.1

Your jailbreak will survive the update, all other add-ins (other than KUAL and KUAL extensions) will have to be re-installed.
Same-Same as always.

You have to use the KUAL extension MrPI to install our add-ins now that your on 5.6 (or 5.7) firmware.
