RX TX are the data, i almost certain that TX is green (d+), RX is white(d-).
Make sure that the wires don't touch each other or the board.

Not understand what I could do, I don't think that I could buy a mini-usb connector and solder it to the main board, from the state you can see from my pic you think is it possible? P.S I don't understand what your pic means, the usb connector in my kobo is in the back of the mainboard, not in the front. Thank you!
