Peet's Major Dickason's Blend coffee, as I take a break from work and start on another batch of sausage. This time, I think another 5 Lbs of Polish Kielbasa, and an equal batch of Mexican Chorizo. (And why is it that English speakers seem to think that the generic word for sausage in another language is the same as a specific type of sausage. Like there's only a single chorizo in Mexico, or a single kielbasa in Poland. )
IAC, the chorizo will be done in 3 days, but the kielbasa takes at least a day longer, since it's smoked.
