This was a silly mistake. I messed up in one place between using custom column lookup names and lookup keys. Fixed.

I don't understand this. Given the book details menu bug you reported, how are you asking CC to download a file again? I haven't done anything to change long-press downloading; it makes no attempt to re-download a file.

I will think about this. I am nervous about behavior changing "magically". Another large problem is that there is currently no way to "turn off" this behavior, as the only place one can change the selected top-level items is at the top level, which would no longer ever show. That implies adding a "Reset top level" or some such to menus, adding clutter and confusion.

As above, I will look at this, but given that the same dialog is used everywhere I suspect the special case will not be straightforward.
