It's an idea. You mean the Coconut oil, right? I suppose theoretically, it can't hurt. (No, he'll eat almost anything. Walking garbage pit). I've not gone that way because
he tends to wear his food a bit, not because he's a slob--far from it--but because he's just a hairy son of a gun. He tends to get his bib, even one that is carefully trimmed, in everything.
He literally likes to submerge his face into his water (he does the head tuck n roll, into his water bowl, which is quite large). I'm a bit concerned that I'll end up with a coconut-oiled kitty. And even though he likes water, and likes to get in the shower when I'm done, etc., I'm pretty sure he's NOT a huge bath fan, and I can't conceive of a handy way--not even cat-wipes--for getting coconut oil OUT of a MC's heavy coat.
