I haven't use 3.19.5613, but could it have anything to do with sideload fonts?
I once sideloaded 5 fonts (50 MB in total) on my H2O (with 3.17.x or something); it froze and rebooted when I was selecting fonts (because of sickle, I thought). I deleted 3 of them later to make H2O work again.
However my Glo (with 3.2.0) is always fine with those fonts.

So if the issue is about memory, maybe sideloading too many fonts could trigger the problem...?
