To justify click on the round disc/3 dots/ end of pencil looking icon and it will bring up settings. You want to go to paragraphs and choose the align setting. There you can set it to justify.

OMG thank you so much. I fiddled with every setting, I didn't try the paragraph thing as I thought it had to do with the other settings of indent and such

Its what I get for not knowing what stuff is called.
Also thanks for the link to the Julie Miller.
This is the one I bought. I had it in my wishlist long time so I just clicked buy from there and didn't look closely at the cover. Since the name of the author says Julie Miller I thought that was it. Until I opened it and saw the author note at the beginning

I am all set I think now with the pocketbook reader. Overall its the easiest to figure out, well minus the justification snafu.
I am just happy that the Fire6 pulls some of the kindle fonts in and they look much nicer. When I tried the same app on my android phone, all the fonts looked the same, they didn't change at all when I clicked on it. No clue why not. Now I can read in Palatino which looks quite nice in the app. Much better than that default serif font that makes my eyes dizzy.
As usual, you are awesome Blossom

If I still have enough promo left tomorrow, I'll get the Julie Miller then. The real version isn't on sale.
