I also tried connect device to desktop. I see light change green and blue, but don't display connect screen (still display sleeping screen with ebook cover). Then i tried touch random on right side of the screen, wow, my kobo connected with desktop, because i touched connect button on screen randomly.

I also testing light button, power button, they are working normally. So i don't know how i can clear the sleeping mode? Please help me since i don't have any more idea for this situation
A fixed image on the screen, the LED changes when you connect to a PC or do something, and when connected to the PC you can tap the screen in the right place and the PC sees the device. All that suggests the screen has been broken somehow. If your lucky, it might be the cable has come lose. But it is more likely that some physical damage has happened.

There are several photos of damaged screens in threads here. You can compare those to what you are seeing. Or take a clear photo of the screen and post it for people here to see.
