Directions for restarting calibre in debug mode are in the first post, what you want to do is disconnect your Aura HD, restart in debug mode, wait for calibre to come up, then connect the reader. Once you see the error, just click OK and then close calibre. You should see the debug log come up in a new window. Paste that here between QUOTE tags, like this:
