V4.2.8.3 beta has been released
V4.2.8.3:
- Reorganize connection settings into a single preference group
- Add ability to enable/disable individual connection types
- Add settings to limit the maximum height of additional information rows on the book list
- Updated languages: French, German, Spanish
* Fix intermitent problem getting the folder list from Dropbox

This beta has the changes needed to make the "Connect" menu become an action if there is only one connection type enabled.
