Can't speak for jswinden, but this describes me pretty well and was why I returned my PW back when they came out. It felt like I was looking down through a layer of glass, like viewing something under glass in a picture frame. For some reason the light layer on my Aura HD doesn't cause the same issues for me (note I use it without the light usually).
