Hence my original statement. I am accustomed to PP ebooks needing substantial work to reach what I consider a proper standard. I am utterly unsurprised to find this sort of goof in one of their books.

I bought both volumes (grumble) of Expanded Universe when PP published them, because they were the only option. I remember seeing horrible things in the code, and have back-burnered my cleanup. I'll get to it eventually, because I do like my RAH, but I'm in no hurry. I've read the original.
