I did a test to check, because yesterday, right-click didn't work.
- If the entries are all caps (eg. TABLE OF CONTENTS TEST), then it works.
- If the entries are like the example given (eg. Chapter 12 - TABLE OF CONTENTS TEST), then it doesn't work.
- If 'Chapter' is also in caps (eg. CHAPTER 12 - TABLE OF CONTENTS TEST), it works.
Not sure if that's wanted behavior or a bug or oversight.
