- Good idea to configure the nr of items in a file. I think registry.xml would be a good this setting (it's already read by contenLister). I'll add that in a next release... I should be possible to add a gui for it somewhere in the settings screens, but that might be a lot of work without a lot of fun, so initially a simple 'regedit' should suffice...
- I'm experimenting with a safe installer for newLister. It will be in Lua (easier to work with files, strings and xml, and more fun than shell scripts). I'll post it when I'm satisfied with it...
Adam: Nice to see you back; I was afraid you switched to the new Irex thingy

Something else: I think it will be VERY important to have a cleanly defined and easy to install reference environment to build stuff for the 'community firmware': something so that any developer can do a top level 'build_from_scratch" and get the same binaries. Any ideas about this (in another thread maybe?)
