I would assume the answer lies in the CSS. But that road of inquiry leads to the Kindle Formats subforum, since it doesn't really have to do with this thread.

Of course, I don't know if you feel comfortable editing your books to fix problems -- not everyone is. But it is the only way to solve such a problem.
