I didn't join the throng of ebook buyers until after Topaz gave way to Kindle mobi. Or, at least, I think that that is what I think that happened. So, I am only vaguely familiar with Topaz. I don't even know if I could recognize it when I see it. I have heard some horror stories about it, though. I need to read up on the whole thing--the Mobileread archives is probably as good a place as any to do that.
UPDATE: The great price on Finch has flown away (ha)--it's now $9.13. I really laid an egg on this post (ha)--it's in the Topaz format and I didn't post it early enough. Sorry to everyone who missed it, who would have wanted it.

I wanted to see what Topaz looked like, but Amazon and/or the publisher apparently didn't provide a preview of this book. Is this sometimes a warning sign that a book might be in Topaz?
