Thanks twowheels. I just write a simple document. No headings. Just text. So I just keep it Text Body through and through. I'll do the chapters and such in Sigil.
I'm going to wait till I finish these two books I'm working on to switch the default font to Times New Roman. (Don't want to jinks things!)
