For $10, it's probably worth contacting customer disservice, but I hate how everything's a battle with Kobo. Once the discounts dry up, they won't see me again. Easier to buy from Amazon and convert.

I did email them. I just checked for a reply but see my email has bounced back and is marked undeliverable.
I sent it to
support@kobobooks.com, because when I tried to contact them online it would only give me the option to phone them, which I dont want to do.
I was pretty sure I had contacted them on that address before but obviously not. I will try resending it to
help@kobobooks.com.
Even contacting Kobo is always a major hassle.
The book I bought was only 40c so no great loss, its the inconsistent way they run these promotions that really annoys me.
