True. If the iPod Touch is targeted at kids, keeping the price down makes sense.
I'm not saying they shouldn't offer a 4" iPod Touch, because clearly there's a market for one. Also, Apple does offer a 4" iPhone 5 for those who don't want a big phone. I'm just saying a 4" iPod Touch doesn't interest me, but if they offered a bigger iPod Touch, I'd get one.
