Jon, the standard-issue premium Kobo unit is also outsold by the peasant devices. Because no one expects the premium device to be the biggest seller -- that is why it is the premium super-duper special one!

It's not just the H2O that has the typesetting features. Other Kobo Readers also have them. What I'm trying to get at is that to use the typesetting of RMDSK, one does not need any special coding. It seems there needs to be something done to Kindle eBooks to enable the new typesetting. I just want to know why and how to enable the new typesetting.
