I came here to post the same thing, I got the email offering a free credit for reviewing the iOS app.
Yesterday I accidentally used a credit on the wrong audiobook and so I emailed them asking if I could return the audiobook or have them swap audiobooks for me and the response only took minutes. Apparently they cannot do refunds or remove audiobooks from accounts, but as a one time thing they gave me a new credit to buy the correct audiobook. Great customer service.
