That does not necessarily follow. The Adobe poster clearly did have it working with 4.0.3, though there is no mention of whether that poster tried 2.0. I think what is very clear is that the problem is a Google one and not an Adobe one, as even ADE 1.7.2 continues to work with other Vendors according to all reports so far. Also, at the moment you seem to be the only one having these problems with 2.0. This is probably as good a time as any to suggest that any others having similar problems with 2.0 post accordingly. Of course, if you are the only one having these problems with 2.0 then it is likely some peculiarity with your own setup that is to blame. Do you have another machine you can install 2.0 on to test?

Finally, as we don't know what the problem is, it is not impossible that an upgrade to 4.0.3 will fix it. However, as I said in one of my earlier posts, personally I would rather get my ebooks elsewhere than upgrade ADE beyond 2.0. You may feel differently.
