I've started taking Potassium. I just can't eat enough bananas.

And I doubled up my calcium. It's tricky -- I've always had a tendency to foot cramps, primarily, though nasty leg cramps sometimes. But the diuretic for my blood pressure makes it all worse. Sigh.
