I agree. Mostly.
The problem with JB's is that the Kobo display is different from store to store. My local one doesn't even have the Glo HD on display. When I've gone in to others, they didn't have the new Kobos (and some of the old ones) initialised, as all you could see was a select language screen and a connect to a computer screen.
Apparently there is a 'Kobo guy' down here that comes to the stores to initialise the display devices, but I can't see that he does anything.
Kobo really should have a demo mode, or should ship pre-initialised devices to stores for display.
