While I would agree that Kobo support is not perfect (I don't think any support department is) I'll state for the record yet again: I have dealt with Kobo several times, ranging from problems with purchased ebooks to an Aura HD that stopped charging. In all cases matters have been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
Forums such as these tend to accumulate negative experiences. Just doing my part to point out the other side.
