My biggest concern with Kobo is there after-sales support. After my Sony 650 failed after 14 months, I swore I'd never buy a new e-reader again. Sony support sucked. Apparently Kobo's does too. I'd buy it from a B&M store, so if there's a problem out-of-the-box, I could return it. Still, I'm uneasy. I'd have to check the B&M guarantee terms. I don't want to deal with am unhelpful and rude Kobo support person in the event of a problem. This is an area where Amazon are far better.
