It'll take at least 24 hrs, to get a full feel for the damage. The Oranges are probably OK, as they can take a short burst down to -2 to -3. Might lose the fruit. No bets on the Hibiscii or the plumeria....

I had a frost damaged hibiscus last year. I wouldīn trim it now, but mulch, mulch, mulch, and trim in spring. Iīm not a real expert though.
