As I was a rovin' over Kilgary mountain
I saw colonel Farrel and his money he was countin'
I rattled me pistols and I drew forth my saber

Good morning, everyone. Happy Equinox! It's a fine Saturday morn, and my gear is packed and ready for another day at the Chiang Mai Fencing Club. Nothing special happening today... that I know of... but a good day fencing is a good day fencing! I've got Ahmad's "English Breakfast" tea in my cup, another 2 liters of it cold in my thermos, and I'm ready to fight!

It will always have a 'dirt' taste, but some dirt tastes better than others. One thing you might want to do though, is 'wash' the tea before you brew the cup to drink. Prepare the tea as usual, but rather than letting it steep, just rinse and throw away the water immediately. You might find you need to do this twice with some Pu ers. Then brew your tea with water not quite so hot, and let it steep. You might find that you like Pu erh this way.
