They stay on the interstates, and do not venture into neighborhoods.
Result = main routes are squeaky clear, but you can't get to them without risking your life.
Funny that... I was good out in suburban Charlotte this morning, but the closer I got into uptown with all the skyscrapers, the worse the roads got. I think the crews sort of called it in today since temps got to 40 and would melt it all by 3pm. Didn't hurt that public school was cancelled.

Of course, we are do to drop down to 6 degrees F tonight. It has dropped 10 degrees in the last 2 hours.
