I occasionally have a problem where the "connected" screen doesn't go away. After five or ten minutes, I use the pin-hole button to restart it. Is this what is happening? Or is it going back to the home screen and then not responding?

I think that I need to restore the originals SD image for the Glo. Could you help me ?
Thank you!
It is unlikely to hurt, so I have sent a PM with the link. But, have you done a factory reset? This will solve a lot of issues and means you don't have to open the device.

PS: I think that my problem is due to the last automatic firmware upgrade. Is it possible ?
Not really unless something went wrong during the upgrade. If so, as I said above, a factory reset might fix it. Or simply reapplying the update. Manually installing the firmware so that it installs at the next disconnect can solve issue with incomplete updates.
