Interesting, not a C OR B device.
You need to install the right boot.img in your device to make the touch screen works.

I have attached one from an update which has "T61" (name of the device) only without C or B.
You can try it but you have to use another tool

Download RK 2.1 tool

The address of the boot.img is:
0x00008000
