My original question was not clear. I cannot use coupon codes (both non-contest and contest codes) in Canada to buy books from the big 6. So I traveled to India etc and was able to use coupon codes to buy books from the big 6 in India etc previously. Now, it looks like Kobo no longer allows coupon codes to be used in India etc. I was told non-contest coupon codes works on the big 6 in New Zealand but the books in New Zealand are more expensive than those in CA or US.
