I'm a bit confused I will admit.

I thought the current version of FFDL was 2.1.02 and the version for calibre can be found here --> [GUI Plugin] FanFictionDownLoader or from within calibre itself using either the Plugin Updater or Preferences | Plugins | Get new plugins.

If you do use the calibre plugin version then ask for help in the thread I linked to above.
