9 people on goodreads have is shelved at erotica and a few of my friends have it under scorching hot shelves.
The sexy cover is listed first on goodreads, I think that means that is the newer one? Doesn't say though. But it sounds more like erotic romance to me going by the goodreads shelves. Its also being called a sweet romantic story with folks crying throughout.
