CRussel, I've have a hard time with my Internet Service Provider, AT&T, for a few years now, ever since they switched to U-Verse. *shaking head* It's an awful company to deal with now. I almost dread calling them when I'm without internet access for days.
It's good you were able to resolve the issue finally.

Hope that works for you too.
NB. And you just got some karma from me when I tested that the above works!

Thank you for the karma, Bilbo, and for the advice. I'll try that once I have my Galaxy Note. I left it at the
office. I call my storage unit an
office. lol I'm actually turning it into my work space, since I'm having a bit of trouble concentrating here.
*giving you Karma back*

For the last time I swear, I had graduated and left Berkeley long before the city changed Columbus Day to Indigenous Peoples' Day. True I've got no problem with the change, but mainly don't give a f___.
I need a couple of more glasses of wine.

Hamlet, I like the idea of Indigenous Peoples' Day. I wrote a research paper on Columbus years ago and what I found out--the things he did were... horrendous to say the least. *shiver* I'm part Native American so I see myself when I look at Native Americans. In fact, when I lived in New Mexico I was asked "What tribe are you from?" a lot.
I wish more people were open-minded and knowledgeable... but I'm delving into political stuff. >.>

I mean, yeah popup dialogs appear as a box in the corner, but they do show up -- and the karma button opens a flyout instead of a popup.

I wish I could root my Kindle Touch! I found out just recently that I could root my Nook Simple Touch, but I'm afraid to try it on the one NST I have. It's in excellent condition. If I had another one to experiment on, I would. *nods*
